Required Documents for International Student Admission in Iran

To begin the initial application review and admission process, the student’s academic documents, identity documents, and contact details must be complete and ready for review.

Documents Required to Open an Application

After receiving the documents, Golshan Marefat's specialists review the application and inform the student of any missing items.

Identity documents

A valid passport scan, a passport-style photo, and complete identity details are required to open an initial application.

Academic documents

The applicant’s highest academic qualification, completion certificate, or proof of enrollment is reviewed according to the intended degree level.

Academic Transcripts

Transcripts from previous programs are required to assess the student’s academic background and submit the application to the university.

Certified Document Translation

When required, academic and identity documents must be translated and prepared in a language accepted by the university or relevant authorities.

International contact information

The applicant’s WhatsApp or Telegram number, email address, and WeChat ID, if available, are recorded for communication and application follow-up.

Supplementary documents

For some majors or degree levels, additional documents such as a CV, recommendation letters, a statement of purpose, or a language certificate may be required.

Important Note Before Submitting Documents

Submitting documents does not guarantee admission. The documents are reviewed first, after which the student is informed of the appropriate admission pathway, available universities, and any missing items.
